LiFePO4 Battery Packs
Under the ENERpower brand, we offer a range of LiFePO4 battery packs of various sizes and technical specifications.
LiFePO4 batteries have significant advantages in terms of cycle life, dimensions, energy density and weight over the common lead-acid batteries.
Compared to conventional lead-acid batteries, LiFePO4 can be almost completely discharged without experiencing great voltage drops. While a lead-acid battery can deliver about half of its rated capacity, the nominal capacity of a LiFePO4 battery is almost the actual capacity.
Furthermore, the LiFePO4 battery is characterized by a comparable long life. Our batteries can reach 2000 complete charge cycles with hardly any loss of capacity and voltage. The LiFePO4 battery cells have a rated voltage of 3.2V-3.3V and therefore can excellently replace in the formats 6V (6.4V), 12V (12.8V), 24V (25.6V) lead-acid batteries.
Possible applications of LiFePO4 batteries are solar panels, caravans and mobile homes, but also for motors, UPS (uninterruptible power supply) systems, echosounders, medical and measuring devices etc.
Frequently, the purchase prices of LiFePo4 are mentioned as a disadvantage compared to lead-acid batteries. In many applications that quickly deplete lead batteries, the LiFePO4 battery is even more cost effective when calculating the price per Wh over the life of the device.
