We only use Li-ion cells from renowned manufacturers such as Samsung SDI, Panasonic (Sanyo), LG Chem and Sony (Murata) in our e-bike batteries. High-quality components ensure high performance, low weight and low internal resistance. Batteries used in so-called ELVs (Electric Light Vehicles) must meet demanding conditions. The batteries are usually shaken and jolted during travel, often have to function in different weather conditions, and are assembled and disassembled. Therefore, the quality of production plays a special role in terms of durability, but also safety.
Neben der Herstellung hochwertiger Batteriezellen verwenden wir hochwertige Batteriemanagementsysteme (BMS), die wir teilweise selbst entwickeln. Als Schweißmaterial verwenden wir reines Nickel und Kupfer. Diese Materialien sorgen für einen geringen Widerstand und eine hohe Leitfähigkeit von Elektrizität.
In addition to manufacturing high-quality battery cells, we use high-quality battery management systems (BMS), some of which we develop ourselves. We use pure nickel and copper as welding materials. These materials ensure low resistance and high electrical conductivity.
